Your Order Cancellation Rights

However, since we endeavour to provide our clients with the best quality of service, reason(s) for cancellation are solicited to help us improve. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 10 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. “Training Package(s)” or any other form of Our Intellectual Property cannot be refunded by virtue of their inherent nature.
Conditions for Returns
In order for Product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The Product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days.
● The Product(s) are in the original packaging. The following Products cannot be returned:
● Product(s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
● Product(s) which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
● Product(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● Product(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
● “Training Package(s)” or any other form of Our Intellectual Property cannot be refunded by virtue of their inherent nature. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Product(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
